What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine is a valuable tool to treat minor workplace injury and illness. All that is required is the following:
- Company completes Authorization Form available here online.
- Provide access to a private space with a computer, tablet, smart phone, electronic device with an internet connection.
- Private employee email address and Drivers License or ID

Employer must submit a Treatment Authorization Form to set up Telemedicine Visits

Log on to telemedicine portal and create a password

After receiving a link, log in at appropriate time

The Virtual Medical Assistant will check you into the visit just like and in-person visit and prepare you to see the Provider.

The Provider will connect and evaluate the patient.

After the Provider evaluation, the Medical Assistant will check out the patient and ensure the appropriate documentation is securely transmitted to the proper parties.
